This upcoming position as a Sr. Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2 support will provide application support to clients across the US.

The Help Desk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical (tier 2) support to multiple customers in multiple time zones
  • Resolve issues that cannot be helped by tier 1 (i.e. local) support
  • Understand multiple applications supporting government users.
  • Work with programmers/systems administrators to improve and provide system improvements
  • Provide phone, email or in-person support
  • Ability to interact with various offices and private or public users
  • Provide support to not only current applications, but also new technology as added to the suite of technologies offered

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 10+ years experience in Technical Support
  • Expert level knowledge of:
    • Microsoft Office Products including but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Teams, and Access.
    • Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Adobe Acrobat, and general office automation equipment (i.e., digital senders, copiers, scanners, etc.).
  • Masters Degree OR Bachelors Degree with 12 years experience
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance or greater per contract requirements
  • To be eligible for this role, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at time of hire, per contract requirements.
