Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Strategic Policy Review Analyst who can perform policy review and assessment and be proficient in using the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2), ability to conduct in-depth analysis of NGB G6/CIO equities, experience in producing Comment Resolution Matrices with strong communication skills for providing editorial recommendation under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to a team of software developers.
- Ability to draft strategic communications documents.
- Proficiency in creating PowerPoint presentations, Information Papers (IPs), Executive Summaries.
- Experience in assessing and providing recommendations on strategic plans.
- Ability to develop draft briefs, agendas, and coordinate meetings.
- Proficiency in using the Guard Knowledge Network (GKN).
- Ability to attend and provide minutes for ARNG G6/CIO boards and committee meetings.
- Experience in maintaining and updating knowledge pages on GKN.
- Ability to produce a monthly newsletter.
- Ability to provide assessment reports in TMT or any Government approved replacement system.
- Ability to provide emergent ETMS2 assessments.
- Ability to provide a Monthly Status Report.
Required experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- A.A or A.S. Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
- B.A or B.S. Degree with min of 1 year of equivalent experience in a related field.
- B.A or B.S. Degree with min 1 year computer programming experience to include course work.
- Exceptional knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Products.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- High business and technical aptitude to learn new applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work directly multiple contractor and government teams.
- Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Experience with computer-based training software.
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
