Zantech is looking for a Knowledge Management Team Lead to support an upcoming Army program.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, draft project plans for client approval and assist in the execution of long-term projects involving policy, process and technological integration in support of the Command Group and greater staff.
- Analyze and document business processes, translate these processes into automated solutions that satisfy the business requirements.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- 10+ years of providing knowledge management/management for complex programs
- 5+ years of experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, and/or enforcing rigorous discipline in knowledge management/sharing systems
Required Security Clearance:
- At a minimum, a current SECRET (Interim or Final) security clearance
