Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Senior Project Manager (Onsite at Pentagon) who can manage DoD or Army cloud-based IT business system. Responsible for all customer facing contract performance and contract related customer relationship management, adherence and delivery of contract terms and conditions, tracking and reporting key performance indicators, coordinating and communicating customer needs, and maintaining a positive customer experience overall. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for handling multiple projects that will result in the deployment of predictive maintenance models within the Department of Defense (DoD). Projects will entail working with ongoing efforts to identify data sources, improve data quality, create and apply data standards, provide meaning to the data, identify partners in industry, academia, and the government, and define requirements, statements of work, memorandums of understanding, and interagency agreements to engage those partners. The Senior Project Manager will also attend meetings with partners and stakeholders outside of Washington D.C., identify and attend relevant conferences and conventions, and represent the organization, which may include presenting information on the organization to high-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Interfaces with clients to define technical requirements.
- Reviews schedule and aligns project work plan and deadlines with engineering/technical requirements.
- Coordinates and monitors the completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle.
- Responsible for the engineering analysis, development, design of and the preparation of complete plans and specifications for new work and improvements.
- Provides technical oversight and evaluation concerning all engineering disciplines as they pertain to all project work.
- Update existing user manuals with application changes and new functionality.
- Work with the entire team (Developers, Testers, Analysts and leadership) to understand new functionality and provide feedback regarding user interfaces.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems degree, Engineering degree, Management degree or equivalent
- Exceptional knowledge and skills with Microsoft Office Products.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- High business and technical aptitude to learn new applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work directly multiple contractor and government teams.
- Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- Experience with computer based training software.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) - Project Management Professional
- Certified Information Systems Security Progression (CISSP)
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent certification
- IAM III Certification - CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO
Required Security Clearance:
Active SECRET or higher clearance based on contract requirements
