Zantech is looking for a talented Strategic Planning Lead to serve as the technical lifecycle planning expert for an upcoming contract. This will be an opportunity to support cloud edge strategy and implementation for a multi-network, multi-region and multi-echelon strategy, planning, resourcing and implementation on an upcoming program.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
- Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization
- Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to strategic planning and portfolio management
- Ten or more years strategic planning experience
- Ten or more years professional experience in Army, DoD, or IC in a related field Ten or more years IT experience in the DoD or IC
- Understanding of DoD resourcing and budget cycles and concepts
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of DoD standard 5015.02, 1336.08, & 5105.63.
- Knowledge of Cloud Management and Migration (cARMY)
- Knowledge of Army Transformation
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Presentation and meeting facilitation experience
- Experience with the scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or SmartSheet
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance per contract requirements.
