Zantech is looking for an Network/VoIP Engineer to lead all the support for the enterprise network infrastructure resource and services to ensure optimum performance and availability for this upcoming Army program.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Maintenance of all network devices and administration including a combination of network routers, IPS, IDS, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure all switches, firewalls (virtual or physical), and routers are integrated and operate in accordance with DISA, DoD, Army, commercial standards and federal policy performance standards.
- Ensure operational availability of network services is integrated with the least possible downtime, some of these databases with sensitive information are encrypted.
- Ensure all planning, change management and testing are completed with supporting documentation, team/client communication and with minimal downtime.
- Maintain the facility VoIP and messaging system to include over 100 VoIP phones, Cisco call manager server and version 11 software.
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- 10+ years’ experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline
- IAT II Certification - CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP
- Intermediate Cisco VOIP Administration and Configuration
- Intermediate Circuit management and documentation
- Advanced Cisco Routers Administration and Configuration
- Advanced Switches Administration and Configuration
- Advanced FWSM Administration and Configuration
- Advanced ASA Firewall Administration and Configuration
- Advanced F5 Administration and Configuration
- Advanced NCM Administration and Configuration
- Advanced SolarWinds Monitoring Administration and Configuration
- Advanced Cisco ACS Administration and Configuration
- Advanced DISA Gold recommendations for Network Administration and Configuration
- Advanced Cisco VPN Administration and Configuration
- Advanced Cisco Nexus Administration and Configuration
- Intermediate HP c7000 Network Hardware Administration and Configuration
- Intermediate Cisco UCS Hardware Network Administration and Configuration
- Advanced Cisco 6500/4500/7200/3700/2900 Administration and Configuration
- Some/Intermediate Cisco NAC Administration and Configuration
- Intermediate/Advanced Cisco SAN (MDS Fiber Network) Administration and Configuration
- Intermediate COMSEC Key management/KIV-7/SKL experience
Required Security Clearance:
Active SECRET or higher clearance based on contract requirements
