Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Supply/Property Management Specialist to provide comprehensive supply support services for DEVCOM-AC, ensuring compliance with the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP).
This role manages procurement of expendable supplies, processes GCSS-Army transactions, and maintains accurate property accountability. The specialist plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance while ensuring efficient supply operations to support mission requirements.
This role will be 100% On-site at DEVCOM-AC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Provide supply support services in accordance with AR 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1
- Process procurement of expendable supplies and daily GCSS-Army business transactions
- Operate logistics information systems including GCSS-A, AESIP, and FEDLOG
- Maintain historical files, administrative adjustment reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents
- Execute property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities
- Conduct inventories, including weapons/sensitive items per regulatory procedures
- Provide technical assistance to hand receipt holders
- Generate monthly inventories, hand receipts, and other required reports
- Maintain property and equipment under GCSS-Army property book
- Validate/post transactions to property records and maintain supporting document files
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- 5+ years in military supply and property management, with experience in GCSS-Army
Required Certifications/Education:
- GCSS-Army certification
- Property Book Officer certification
- Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) training
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements
