This Program Manager role is an upcoming opportunity for you to help guide and manage a team of about 30 to support a team at the NSWC and other locations. This person will support the efficient organization, tracking, management and planning of technical data repositories and technical libraries to include the proper management, tracking, handling, control, and storage of unclassified and classified technical documents, tracking the specifics of Command program and project progress, identifying problems and challenges, and recommending and supporting the implementation of solutions to ensure project completion
Generally, as a Zantech Program Manager, we expect you to:
- Own your program, be the primary interface with customer and have the authority to act on behalf of Zantech, with corporate support.
- Lead and execute the planning, management and risk assessment of the full range of activities/responsibilities as it pertains to your program.
- Lead, build and grow an effective team to meet/exceed the values of Zantech and our clients.
- Work to understand and grow the Zantech business organically.
Subject Knowledge Areas (expertise in more than one area preferred):
- Mission Support
- Knowledge Management
- Acquisition Support
- Software Platforms
- IT Infrastructure Operational Services
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Project Management
- Minimum of five (5) years of combined project and program management experience.
- Must have at least five (5) years professional experience in communicating, interacting, and working among Senior Executive Service and Flag level personnel.
- PMP Certification
- Clearance: DoD Active Secret or Top Secret
- Some travel
- To be eligible for this role, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at time of hire.
Desired:
- Master’s Degree in Business
- Naval Sea Systems (NAVSEA) experience
- Industry leading Certification related to Subject Matter Expertise
