Zantech is looking for a talented Army Training Information Management System Team Lead to support this

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:

• Under general direction, oversees the day-to-day operational planning, execution, and evaluation of a web-based multi-user, multi-hierarchy application.
• Serves as principalpoint of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate.
• Ensure ARTIMS Cybersecurity tasks are fully coordinated by and with Cybersecurity Lead.
• Attend meetings as required to support the cyber security posture of the ARTIMS program

Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:

• 7+ years or more of leading training sessions / lead instructors experience within a classroom environment or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team to develop ARTIMS training program scenario- based POIs; including mobile training team training packages, Application Users Guide, Executive level overviews.
• High School graduate
• Have a working knowledge of US Army, including active force, ARNG and US Army training, contemporary on Army readiness and force generation concepts (current is ReARMM – Regional Alignment for Readiness and Modernization Model).
• Demonstrated contract management deliverable management.
• Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader of technical oriented experts.

Required Security Clearance:

• At a minimum, a current SECRET (Interim or Final) security clearance
