Zantech is looking for an upcoming talented Armaments Graduate School Accreditation Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for DEVCOM-AC's Armament Graduate School (AGS) authorization and accreditation efforts.
This role requires expertise in academic accreditation processes, particularly with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) and Department of Education requirements. The specialist will collect, organize, and analyze documentation for accreditation submissions, support site visitors throughout the authorization process, and attend accreditation conferences to ensure compliance with all requirements.
This role will be 100% On-site at DEVCOM-AC, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.
Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to:
- Provide subject matter expertise for the authorization and accreditation of the U.S. Army Armament Graduate School
- Collect and organize documentation for accreditation and authorization submissions
- Prepare registrar-related documents for accreditation and submission to the Department of Education and MSCHE
- Support site visitors during accreditation reviews
- Attend conferences or workshops led by MSCHE and Department of Education
- Meet with MSCHE liaison and Department of Education officials to facilitate federal accreditation
- Analyze accreditation requirements and develop strategies to meet all standards
- Track and report on accreditation progress to leadership,
Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:
- 5+ years in higher education accreditation processes, preferably with military or government educational institutions
Required Certifications/Education:
- Higher Education Accreditation experience
- Experience with regional accreditation processes (MSCHE preferred)
Required Security Clearance:
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
