Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to serve as the GTL and COR point of contact and to provide Technical SME experience while leading the team for an upcoming contract.

This will be an opportunity to own your program, be the primary interface with customer and have the authority to act on behalf of Zantech, with corporate support. You will lead and execute the planning, management and risk assessment of the full range of activities/responsibilities as it pertains to your program. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead, build and grow an effective team to meet/exceed the values of Zantech and our clients.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition
  • A successful track record on delivering on time and within budget for with large/complex projects
  • Experience with researching and fielding new and innovative technology
  • Experience in procurement of hardware and software
  • Fifteen or more years program management experience
  • Ten or more years program management experience in Army, DoD, or IC
  • Ten or more years IT experience in the DoD or IC
  • Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Project Management (PMP, DAWIA, Agile)
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing complex IT projects and operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced under the PWS.
  • Working knowledge and experience administering and managing multiple IT tasks and substantial IT projects similar in size and scope.
  • Successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in projects similar in size and scope.
  • Technical and management leadership of task compliance with industry accepted Government and civilian and user standards.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of DoD standard 5015.02, 1336.08, & 5105.63.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Management and Migration (cARMY)
  • Knowledge of Army Transformation
  • Knowledge of Data Management
  • Knowledge of overall DoD contracts administration.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Presentation and meeting facilitation experience
  • Experience with the scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or SmartSheet

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance per contract requirements.
